WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan, praised by President Barack Obama for her understanding of "ordinary people," told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that she is a debt-free millionaire.
In a questionnaire submitted in preparation for her confirmation hearing, Kagan also said she worked for one failed liberal Democratic presidential nominee, Michael Dukakis, in 1988, and for a successful one, Bill Clinton, in 1996.

In 1995, Kagan reviewed Stephen Carter's book The Confirmation Mess and said, "a critical part of a Supreme Court Nominee's hearing is an extensive discussion of the nominee's views on legal issues." Funny, Kagan seems to think HER legal viewpoint about the right to bear arms should NOT be up for debate. She has revealed NOTHING about her stance on Second Amendment Rights. I wonder why. Kagan worked closely with Clinton to mastermind countless initiatives aimed at disarming everyday American citizens. Kagan helped Clinton ban over 58 different rifles designed for HUNTING. Together, they helped created one of the most gun hostile environments in Arkansas history. She took her extremist views a step further and attempted to BAN the importation of all semi-automatic weapons. Refusing to end her anti-constitutional crusade there she fervently pushed to have law enforcement officers install trigger locks on their weapons. A trigger lock is always a good idea when an officer needs to shoot the bad guy.
In 1998, Clinton targeted the NRA and gun owning Americans by angling to make regulations at gun shows so bad that it would put them out of business. It is highly likely that Kagan conspired with Clinton to close gun shows.

Kagan was the Dean at Harvard Law School when she kicked military recruiters off campus because of the "don't ask don't tell policy," which bars individuals who are openly gay or bisexual from joining the military.
As reported, in part, at politico.com: Obama nominated Kagan- calling her a "legal trailblazer" who would embody "independence, integrity and passion for the law". Translation: "Liberal Judicial Activist".
Vice President Biden calls Kagan "open minded" and defends her actions and lack of experience, now that is an oxymoron an open minded liberal. A lack of experience is no qualification. Biden says judicial experience is not important for a Supreme Court Justice. There you go again Joe, Kagan's beliefs are so far to the extreme left of establishment liberals on the Supreme Court that they could not support her "open minded" activism. The Supreme Court Justices have already weighed in on Kagan by rejecting her activism indicating that something must be truly wrong with this nominee.

Kagan felt this was wrong and fought tooth and nail by banding with other liberal academiacs to attempt to argue the Solomon Amendment, which denies federal funding to schools who do not allow military recruitment. Apparently, Kagan was not thinking about the impact another terrorist attack would have on our country when she banned our honorable military members from even setting foot on Harvard's campus.

In typical Leftie fashion, Kagan has clearly demonstrated that she feels our educational institutions are not places that should encourage independent thought-they are places to indoctrinate students into buying into Liberal radical anti-military ideology. Like so many colleges across the country, places of higher education are not educating: they are taking advantage of vulnerable young people to promote their own political agenda. No wonder we witnessed swarms of young glassy eyed Americans hypnotized by Obama's election campaign.
The majority of Kagan's time as Dean of Harvard Law School was spent pumping her young students full of Leftist propaganda. Kagan is just another textbook example of the Liberal elitists hijacking education and brainwashing students to propagate the Left's deluded anti-American agenda. Elena Kagan encouraged students to not only snub their noses at those who have served in the military, but her biggest claim to fame is she fostered a culture of anti-American sentiment.
