Thanks to Senator Corker Tn, Lamar Alexander Tn, McCain, Graham sc, a total of 88 senators betrayed the people who elected them, breached their oath of office. Wake up America!
WE CALLED BOB CORKERS OFFICE, asked him to uphold his oath of office to protect America and the Constitution. He betrayed Tennessee and America, he breached his sworn legal oath of office. Corker needs to be brought up on charges for violating the laws that protect the constitution. If you love America and your freedom you need to kick him out of office at the polls.
Senator Song Bird McCain lied to get elected to the Senate as a hero. He is a coward and can not be trusted. McCain and Levin added the paragraph to the S.1867 in secret with out a committee vote! He violated the constitution and took away your rights! Obama said he would veto the bill, He lied!

In the case of Arkansas, both U.S. Senators John Boozman & Mark Pryor engaged in this traitorous act by voting for S. 1867 which among other things gives the president of the U.S., whoever he may be, the unconstitutional illegal authority to arrest American citizens suspected of terrorism and remand them to prisons nationally and/or internationally for whatever he may deem by using the U.S. military. In short, said American citizen may not have an attorney or jury trial…in essence picked up, taken away, and may or may not ever be returned.
The Military Commissions Act passed during the Bush II administration delivered the underpinnings for the dissolution of Posse Comitatus which ensured that no U.S. military force would be involved in U.S. domestic activities.
S. 1867, known as the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012 commands that the U.S. military may in fact operate as domestic policing entities with no oversight, thereby completely dismembering Posse Comitatus. Also during Bush administration the bowels of Habeus Corpus were destroyed.
Boozman & Pryor both voted for the Patriot Acts on 2 different occasions and the Military Commissions Act which negate the 4th & 10th Amendments. The passage of S. 1867 negates the 5th Amendment. All this translates into one single feature, the United States of America is now a police state and Arkansans can thank Senators Boozman & Pryor for their ignominious votes that have created a genuine police state that now mirrors Nazi Germany.
The uniform code of military justice and its recent additions incorporated in S. 1867 guarantees that American citizens henceforth will be living under UCMJ. Americans, does this not strike fear in your hearts? It surely should.
This day of infamy is to be remembered as the most viral criminal attack orchestrated by the U.S. government on their own citizens’ freedoms, civil liberties, the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution in the history of our young nation.
The legislative mentality that has seized our Republic, once the bastion of liberty & beacon of hope, is breathtaking. S. 1867 was created in secrecy by Senators John McCain, Lindsay Graham, & Carl Levin.
HISTORY WILL PLACE SENATORS BOOZMAN & PRYOR AND THE REMAINING 86 AS MODERN DAY BENEDICT ARNOLDS.
ALL THIS IN THE NAME OF THE PHONY, MURDEROUS “WAR ON TERRORISM” AND THE QUEST FOR GLOBAL HEGEMONY.

These reptilian scumbags should be tarred, feathered, and deported to Russia, without any of their personal assets. On the way over there a little water boarding by citizens willing to pay for the pleasure would be a deserving addition to their ever lasting shame. Personally, I would like to sodomize John McCain with an electric roto-rooter or cattle prod. Maybe both, as that S.O.B. deserves even worse for his years of treason. Maybe someday, enraged citizens will give these bastards what they deserve. France has not seen anything yet. One day soon there will be wailing and gashing of teeth in D.C.
