Obama is pushing the nomination of anti-gunner Caitlin Halligan for the D.C Circuit Court of Appeals - the second highest court in the U.S.! Obama's strategy is to stuff ALL the courts full of liberal zealots so he can slowly dismantle our freedoms and take away our right to keep and bear arms!
Obama's nomination of Caitlin Halligan is a very crafty political maneuver. While America holds its breath waiting for the budget war to end, Obama is hoping you won't notice while he sneaks a raging gun hater into one of our highest courts. That's why you won't hear this story in any of the mainstream media outlets - because Obama wants to keep you in the dark!
Halligan is in knee-deep with the gun ban crowd. While solicitor general for the state of New York, Halligan initiated a lawsuit to hold gun manufacturers liable for crimes committed using illegally obtained guns. Halligan's scheme to annihilate the firearms industry with senseless lawsuits clearly shows she puts her liberal ideology above the law. But most importantly, she puts her liberal ideology above the Constitution.
The fact is;the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals is the most important inferior appellate court in the U.S. The D.C Circuit Court of Appeals has one of the largest roles in affecting domestic law and policy. That means - laws regarding your guns, your rights and your freedoms are decided in the D.C. Circuit courtroom. Now, imagine if your guns, your rights and your freedoms were in the hands of a rabid anti-gunner. Those rights would soon be gone! So again, please act today.
