Barack Obama has just given the United Nations jurisdiction to go after the State of Arizona and the 22 other states that are attempting to enforce the immigration laws that he refuses to enforce.
Unfortunately, you read that right. On August 20, the United States, for the first time ever, submitted a 29 page “Universal Periodic Review" (UPR) to the UN Human Rights Council which outlines a laundry list of alleged human rights abuses supposedly committed by the United States.
Of course, the UPR is pure rubbish, but it's also much more than an opportunity for Barack Hussein Obama, the Apologist-In-Chief, to bad-mouth America to the rest of the world. Contained within that laundry list of so-called abuses is a direct condemnation of S.B. 1070, legislation enacted by the State of Arizona (and supported by two-thirds of the American people), which seeks to do the job that the federal government has refused to do... secure the border.
According to the UPR: "A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world. The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined."
The submission of this UPR is the first step in a United Nations review process which will culminate with the issuance of a plan of action, approximately 90 days from now, from a panel of UN bureaucrats from France, Japan, and Cameroon.
And yes... the United States would be expected to "voluntarily" comply with the UN panel's recommendations, but as the UN Human Rights Council states on its website: “The Human Rights Council will decide on the measures it would need to take in case of persistent non-cooperation by a State...."
Obama and Clinton, trying to put us under the control of the UN! This is treason and the members opf congress is doing nothing to enforce the laws that protect the constitution, get them out of office. Democrats and Republicans are all supporting a one world government!

RE: Cutting-Off Federal Funds To ACORN Is A Joke. The American People Deserve And Demand A Full-Scale, No-Stone-Unturned Congressional Investigation Into This National Criminal Enterprise!
Simply cutting off government funds for ACORN is not enough. It is apparent that ACORN is a massive organized criminal enterprise that exerts a widespread influence over politicians and the political process on the local and national level. The American people deserve to know the full and unvarnished extent of ACORN's fraudulent and criminal activities and whether any of our elected officials are directly or indirectly tied to ACORN fraud.
We need a full-scale, no-stone-unturned Congressional investigation into ACORN. Heads must roll, prison sentences should eventually be handed out by the courts based on the findings of this Congressional investigation and yes, it may even be necessary to remove some elected officials from office.
Such an action is not drastic or without precedent. In 1950, Senator Estes Kefauver headed the Senate Special Committee to Investigate Crime in Interstate Commerce, otherwise known as the Kefauver Commission. It was the goal of the Kefauver Commission to expose the scope of organized crime and gain a better understanding of how to fight it.
The fact that ACORN has been the recipient of tax dollars is egregious, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. If anything, it possibly makes some of our elected officials, and even each and every one of us that pays taxes, accessories after the fact to a criminal enterprise. The Woods Fund report makes it clear Obama was fully aware of the intimidation tactics used by ACORN's Madeline Talbott in her pioneering efforts to force banks to suspend their usual credit standards. Yet he supported Talbott in every conceivable way. He trained her personal staff and other aspiring ACORN leaders, he consulted with her extensively, and he arranged a major boost in foundation funding for her efforts.
And, as the leader of another charity, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Obama channeled more funding Talbott's way - ostensibly for education projects but surely supportive of ACORN's overall efforts.
In return, Talbott proudly announced her support of Obama's first campaign for state Senate, saying, "We accept and respect him as a kindred spirit, a fellow organizer."
